Instead, I encountered incompetence, poor service, and a property not worth its exorbitant price or inconvenient location.Upon arrival on July 6, we were given a Jacuzzi Suite instead of the reserved Panoramic View Suite. We stayed at alegria as the chalets were fully booked. We highly recommend it! You can see the stars from the ceiling!
I loved this place. View of la Peña is amazing, right in front of their library. I stayed in the room called “Camino al cielo” which has a stair in the entrance and you can see la peña through the roof. In the library you can have online meetings with their wifi, read some books or just rest and enjoy the view. Room was cleaned every day and they’re very respectful with our schedules (didn’t pressure us to leave before). To get to the entrance to la peña only a brief 10-min walk is needed, I recommend to get up early because once it gets dark the trail to the top can become dangerous and they…
