We arrived in the evening and the first thing they did when we arrived was charge us another 2300 pesos for the same exact room that we already booked and paid for. Due to the late hour, there was no choice but to pay it so we could go to sleep. For that reason alone, the review is 1 star, but it doesn’t end there. The staff is not very accommodating, room reservations are strictly enforce until 3pm or even later. My room was not given to me until 4:25p.m. I added an extra night with orbitz and they didn't honor my room reservation and moved me to a different room than what I had booked.
