We took the time to reserve a room on Booking but they had no record of it at check in, quoted us a price $300 pesos more than the reservation and wasted 30 min of our time with phone calls and email forwarded to get the original price. The location is aweful, smack dab in an industrial park with no food to walk to. Beds and pillows were ok. Breakfast is commendable with more protein (eggs and beans) than your standard free breakfast. I would stay there again in transit only.
The building is new and clean. There is a decent breakfast menu. There's not a lot that's close to the hotel. Most of the guests are here for work, not vacation.
The room wasn't completely clean, someone forgot their underware at bathroom and it was there when we recieve the room.
