So we let the Clark? Know, the next day. they moved us to another room and it was even worse because we didn't even have water. In the middle of the night and no Wi-Fi Again? no TV. They didn't even give us breakfast like they say they do not even. Coffee or bread? And we were the only ones in the whole hotel. And the fans don't even work. The hair dryers don't work. I. Asked the clerk the first night. How come there was no WI?…
The staff is friendly and caring. Good value for money. The place remains quite noisy due to its direct proximity to the road. The rooms are OK, however they have a high level of humidity visible on the ceiling, mirrors and floors and the air quality is quite poor. Possibility of parking your car in front of the room and breakfast included, which is a plus
Terrible service. I booked for two people, but they only put towels for one. They didn't provide us with the next one. There was no TV or internet. I asked for assistance since we were just going to rest, and they only told us they couldn't help us because the manager "didn't know how." They didn't offer us a room change. There were cockroaches even in the bed, the pool water was dirty, and the images shown on the website don't correspond to reality. The rude receptionist only took our complaints and focused on charging for our stay. The value for money isn't adequate for what they offer.
