Ler the hotel and they are with no System saying they can’t print foil and can’t send an e-mail with the invoice/foil. All days with issues in their Systems with no much answer an control. Horrible service be carful the rooms are not clean and the bed had hair and the towels were stain. Also they will try to charge you for extra people in your room they we didn’t have. Even the security person confirm that we only had 2 people when he check the room the girl in the lobby didn’t not believe him and because we ask for 3 towels she charge us for an extra person her name was Valeria Lizet Martinez súper rude.
