4.4989 reviewsI enjoyed my stay. The service is great. It's very quiet, modern and clean. New hotel, prices good. Well located downtown. Will definitely return. Cleaning staff member, Petra, is a sweetheart. I stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator was good 😊 Two years Later...I returned to this hotel but unknowingly was booked into the old section. It is below par and they will not give me a refund. Of course there are no rooms available in the nicer, new section. We are very disappointed and stuck with an ugly, depressing room that is TINY.
Convenient location. Appears to be two buildings remodeled into one as there are separate elevators for the front half and back. Insulation not strongpoint, can hear various neighbors. Thankfully, the bathroom fan can mask some of it. Town itself is noisy with multiple parades and fireworks. Room was clean and modern. Would probably look for a quieter part of town next time. But it was fine for one night.
Best hotel in the town of San Andrés Tuxtla and the region. Clean and ample rooms with AC. Clean bathroom and shower. Daily cleaning and sanitizing. The restaurant in the lobby is excellent. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Late night service until 11PM. The hotel is located in near the towns park and cathedral. The town's big letters are located around the corner. The ADO bus station is conveniently located a taxi cabs ride away. El Salto de Eyipantla , Catemaco, Santiago Tuxtla, and Sontecomapan are located close by.
