4.31387 reviewsThe hotel is not too far from the ruins of Chichen Itza but not at a walking distance. We stayed two nights. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom a bit outdated. Breakfast was good. They expect tip. The breakfast area is directly at the main busy street. Is was very loud. The hotel has a beautiful garden, it would be nicer to have breakfast there.
We stayed because it is close to Chichen-Itza. It looks like one of the best hotels in Piste, but it is hard to compare. Of the other places we stayed during our holiday (which included IHG properties like Holiday Inn) this was the weakest by a long way. Double beds were small, so my wife and I shared with a child each, so we had more room. No lift so you have to carry luggage up stairs (only one floor), so it reminded me of a more of a Motel. It's in need of an update. No WiFi, but we could connect to the hotel next door. The bath got blocked when running the water out. The kids liked the po…
Great food, lovely place to sit by the pool. Best way to visit Chiche Itza - stay here overnight and go in morning when it's quiet.
