The only positive I have to say about this place is the staff at the restaurant, and the fact our room had AC. The reservation was so hard to do, wasn't possible to make and pay the reservation online in 2024 ! Instead we had to communicate with them and make a bank transfer from Europe, and send proof of payment before they'd confirm the reservation. When we arrive there's 5 people at the counter sitting doing seemingly nothing, but only one customer was served at a time, check in took forever. The room was from probably from the 70s, or even older. The bathroom sink was not in the toilet…
We chose this place as a last minute option when we went to Morelos. The room that was given to us was stinky. The air conditioning was not cooling the whole room. And the worst part was that there were roaches in the room, and I'm not talking about small roaches, I'm talking about huge ones. The only reason I'm giving them two stars, it's because when we complained, they moved us to a totally different area. And the room there was way cleaner, with no roaches, and good Air conditioning.
