Literally very hot in the rooms and they had no AC whatsoever. That 4 star rating is such a lie, don't believe that on the google review. I’m truly disappointed to say that this will be our last visit to what was once our family’s favorite vacation spot. We used to love coming here for the affordable prices, great food, and decent accommodations, but sadly, things have changed. We traveled 4+ hours to stay here, but with other hotels in Manzanillo offering similar pricing and better locations, it’s no longer worth the trip. The only real highlight was the beach—it was clean, private, and well-maintained. The staff was also wonderful, doing their best with what they had, and their service was excellent. Don't know where to begin: We made a reservation for a day entry because we were traveling around the region. And they kept us waiting on the gate to enter like for half an hour because they could not find our reservation.
